The journey of life has many wonderful times as well as challenging. For parents raising children or adults with complex medical conditions, developmental disabilities and/or who are neurodivergent, there are unique stressors that arise.
I provide individual counseling support that allows space to take care of your needs as a parent and caregiver. I can also help with individual coaching related to resource navigation including DDA and healthcare systems.
As a certified Oncology Social Worker I have walked alongside many families going through the cancer journey.
My approach is supported by mindfulness practices and tailored to your individual needs.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Washington State and Montana with over 24 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities and medical social work, including 12 years with DDA and over 8 years in pediatric hospitals and clinics.
