I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Washington State and Montana with over 24 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities and medical social work, including 12 years with DDA and over 8 years with Seattle Childrens Hospital and Logan Health Childrens.

My approach is supported by mindfulness practices and tailored to your individual needs. We will work together to gain insight into thoughts, feelings and behaviors of life's daily stressors and develop a plan focused on maximizing resources and increasing coping skills.

- At this time I accept private pay and UnitedHealthcare UHC/UBH for MT and WA as well as Blue Cross Blue Shield of MT. I can also provide a super bill for you to seek out-of-network reimbursement your plan might offer.
